Pictures from my phone

Uhm, if you follow me on Twitter, you might know that I have just received a Samsung Galaxy S2 from my uncle!! Once again thank you kaufu! Yeah I know S3 is out but my dream of having a S2 has not faded since last year lol. It has been exactly a year and I finally got the phone! Happy max! But then I have phobia of losing this phone like how someone stole my iPhone 3 =OOOO *touchwood

So I am trying to clear my micro SD card to insert it into a new phone, and here are pictures I took with my trusty Sony Ericsson Elm. I love this phone, always will.

Me, Amanda from Lahad Datu and our mime masks. Taken during Children Creative Ministry Training in March last year.

Cornetto McFlurry from Brighton, UK! I must be insane it was so cold and we were freezing but I had to have ice cream -.-

Strawberries we picked from Strawberry farm in our UK trip last year =D

Necklace I made with beads I bought from the UK. Until today I bu she de wear it out lol

Siaw and I during Youth Alpha last year! It was Mask day =D

Me, Liana and Elaine with our Angry Birds bottle! Elaine bought it for us!!

No one in the right mind would be able to guess what this is! hahaha It's actually a thin skin of cocoa jelly stock at the sides of the bowl while I was making it! I clumped it together then somehow to me it looks like a heart ...

Taec on Running Man. Note that Taec is my imaginary husband lol

Shnwei and I at the Shan Tao Primary School Alumni Dinner last year. We are not official alumni members btw dad has tickets and forced us to go -.-

Seungri socks Lisa got for me from Korea!

Back when I had a frenzy about cheap pens from Kaison.
Cross from New Zealand that Sabrina bought for each of us (me, Liana, Adele) while preparing for SPM! I hanged this on my study lamp

Graduation shot. Used it as my phone's wallpaper

On the Logos Hope tour. My group number and country

Durian I ate in Petaling Street, KL last year

Nick's frozen yogurt, which I ate most of it. hahaha I think it is the best frozen yogurt I've had so far

Nick and I at mom's office. We were going to Suria, I was going for an interview which led me to my part-time job at Tony Moly

Banana leaf I had with Jade back in April.

When I just got my mushroom haircut

Shnwei buying Pororo specs.
hahaha memories.

I seldom use my phone cam because I normally bring my super heavy camera no matter where I go so these are just random shots I took when I'm bored or when I am lazy to retrieve my camera from the bag. lalala. And I played around with my camera a lot while I was doing my revision in my room last year, which proves a lot that I wasn't 100% revising/studying.

We had sports day from Wednesday to Friday and I must tell you that I am toasted! Not as toasted/tanned/burnt/charcoaled as other students but I did get my share of the sun. School's fault. They let students stay under the sun from 7am to 2pm! I wouldn't mind if the weather wasn't oven 450 degrees hot but it was okay!! Even the teachers stayed under the shades and what did they do to protect us students? Nothing much. First everyone didn't know how hot it was so they weren't 'equipped'. Second day I saw students (of all forms and gender) bringing bags loaded with foldable umbrellas, sunscreen, sunglasses, hand fans, towels and wet wipes. Now can you imagine how hot it was?

I was dragged to join cheerleading for my sports house. I still remain in Red House so YAY!! The cheerleading part was fun and I did enjoy all the dancing and stuff, plus I didn't have to stay under the sun and die of boredom. Sad part is that we didn't get any placing :( Oh well, we have next year lol idk if I'm still up for it or not. But it was a great way to remember Sports Day!

Anthony Neely Concert

When it comes to concerts, I am always last minute D: (remember the time when Red Soul came?)

Friday night (day before concert. SEE SO LAST MINUTE) I got a phone call from Shnwei. It was the house phone ringing lol and if you read my previous post I am very lazy to pick up phone calls -.- So I screamed for my brother to pick it up though the phone is only 50m away from me.

Yeah so Shnwei was like, "WHY DIDN'T YOU PICK UP YOUR HANDPHONE?!"

My mistake. My handphone was on super silent lol, which is silent plus no vibration because I went for a meeting in the evening.

Conversation happened like this, as far as I can remember ah..
Me: Oh, it's on super silent. Sorry bah.
Wei: But I call your phone got this weird sound blah blah blah am gonna ask you something but you will probably say no to it lalalala
Me: Then why you still call me?
Wei: Bu shi bah (which translates to, NO BAH), today Cherrie called me and asked me whether I wanna go to Anthony Neely's concert or not blah blah because she got tickets blah blah and she said you can follow also blah blah but have to drive blah blah blah she lazy drive blah blah

Like that.

So basically, Cherrie (friend of me and Shnwei) had extra tickets to the concert and she asked if we/Shnwei could go with her. Obviously Shnwei said yes because she's a fan of this dude and she has been begging the sky and the moon to let her go! Tickets are sold at RM100 and RM200 and she said she couldn't afford it so ... actually I think this is all a lie because she can afford to buy 3 Korean albums in a month but refuse to spend RM100 for this lol

And I was dragged into it lah. Not reluctantly hahaha since I had nothing to do that Saturday night and if you give me free stuff I would surely take it, if I think it's worth it lah hahahaha

In the end Cherrie said she couldn't make it, and she gave us her ticket (it rhymes!), so we asked Siaw to go with us!!!

Oh yeah, some of you might be wondering, Anthony Neely who?

If you think that he's an orang putih who sings songs like Justin Bieber, then you are wrong. Yes lah he is an orang putih (see is name also know zzz) and he sings, but he doesn't sing english songs. Okay he has one english song (and he can sing english songs) but then he made is mark in the mando-pop industry instead. SINGING CHINESE SONGS. And he has a chinese name as well because his mom is chinese (is it not obvious enough?). His chinese name quite cute one  倪安东 lol. Which is read Ni AnDong

Uhm, how do I come to know this dude?

Simple, from the love of my eyes, the television. Years ago I saw him on 超级星光大道 (One Million Star), a Taiwanese reality show similar to American Idol, as a PK challenger singing 'Can't take my eyes off you' (okay he was actually on the show before that but I only remember this song) and I was like, OH MYY HOW COME THIS ANGMOH SO PRO?!? I'm a big fan of the show so obviously I saw him glow and continue to shine after that :) Yeah. I think he's quite famous lah hehehe who cares he's handsome and can sing so like that hahahaha

So the 3 of us went to Burger King for take away before heading to Kian Kok Middle School, where the concert was held. It's actually the school's fund raising concert =OOO Walao how come so cool can invite famous people lol. Show starts at 7.30pm and I think we reached half an hour before that time. And the place was already packed -.-

Had our burgers like a boss in the hall lol

Glowsticks that they gave us!!
The three of us while waiting for Anthony to perform. Because it's a fund raising thing there were a lot of other performances.

Nothing to do... play with glowsticks and Ipad LOL

See glowsticks so pretty!! No that is not Anthony Neely!! Puh-lease!!
After an hour of waiting and screaming for Anthony, he finally came out!!! *screams like maniac

I don't think people in the hall were up to my screaming because all the aunties and students looked at me. What? It's a concert HELLO and the guy is hot HELLO HELLO

THAT'S HIM!! I seldom say people liang zai (handsome) one but he is really liang zai okay!! I have to see it with my own eyes only I say okay!!! (make picture big for you to see)
Blurry side profile

Him being interviewed by the MC. Ameh why the MC so cool if it was me I would be jumping around like a kangaroo!! hahahaha.

Singing. and glowsticks
The video cam was blocking 20% of my vision GRRR! And the glowsticks were also annoying but luckily there were no signs of fan boards (except Shnwei's iPad) so I can still see him really clearly!!!

I didn't know he could sing Chinese so well =O And he speaks fluent Chinese was well, even better than me who is of pure chinese blood #FAIL

Darth Vader hahaha

He likes to do that. I realised LOL
So after 3 songs (only!!!) he went backstage. Then the crowd (mostly students) demanded for an encore! hahaha I guess he was sick that day because he kept drinking his water. And I saw him coughing. But it was a really great performance overall and it was really worth the wait!

He sat on the stage stairs (how you call it?) for the last song, the only song I know from him and like lol. When he sat down the crowd went crazy and people started to gather near the stage to take pictures of it. It was chaos okay but he didn't seem to bother hahaha *liking attention! The RELA on duty were all there watching with their big eyes.

#FAKEONE this is actually the screen lol

You looking at me?
THAT'S MY FAVOURITE PICTURE OF THE NIGHT!!! I shot 100+ photos of him and I think is the best one! I know it's blur but I like ah cannot meh?

Last part of the last song. See so many camera/phones
After his performance it was an autograph session! They sold his album outside the hall and Shnwei bought it (like you wouldn't have guessed). I didn't buy why because one, I know I wouldn't listen to it and two, I had only 10 bucks with me. TT_____TT

Siaw and I waited downstage (we kena halau because we don't have his album) while Shnwei lined up to meet him up close! Shnwei was high after that she was pale and she couldn't speak properly and said she don't wanna wash her hands anymore. typical fan girl this one.

More shots of him HAHAHA see so nice he shook every fans' hand!
And then we saw someone we knew in line LOL

okay that's all!!!!

Word of the day: LAZY

How I categorize myself: LAZY

Maybe categorize is not a proper word but you get my point.

10 reasons to show you why I think that I am lazy, and 1 reason to show you I'm not -

I am lazy to wake up in the mornings, and I am lazy to fall asleep (although I love to sleep lol)

I never fold my blanket

I can never finish one thing that I have in mind at one go (this means I'll start doing something, and then leave it there forever untouched)

I can only study for 2 hours tops. I don't know how other students do it but I JUST CAN'T!! And after 10pm my brain automatically shuts to sleep/lazy mode

I never wash my face properly. And thus the pimples #cry. At most I wash my face 4 times a week lol. And this 4 times is only a simple cleanse and not followed by toner or moisturizer. AND YOU DARE SAY YOU WORK IN A SKIN CARE SHOP BEFORE.

I don't exercise. Reason for being so fat TT____TT What I just hate to sweat bah. You know I sweat like a pig even if the aircond is on you can imagine how much I sweat if I do 10 pushups.

I never wash my car. Okay I washed it ONCE since I got it, which was last year! Since it's almost one year old I'm going to wash it today #5seconddetermindedface

I don't tidy up my room. Hence the pig sty of the entire house.

I never ever comb my hair before I leave the house. Never did, never will.

Whenever the phone rings I run to the toilet and pretend I need to pee. HAHAHA

There you have it.

One reason I don't think I'm lazy is - I still consume a large amount of food despite the need to exert a high amount of energy to chew/swallow the food.

*this is a post I wrote because I am lazy (again) to drag myself outside to wash my car + my head is spinning because I spent 2 hours doing my bio presentation SAVE ME

Youth Beach Party

Guess what time of the day did we, the 'young people' of our church go to the beach to have some fun?

Did you see wrong ah? Try read again

Honestly I was shocked when I found out about the time -.- I was supposed to coordinate everything and all but I got so caught up with the first week of school I totally forgot about it. Sorry! But I did plan some stuff lah last minute and I wanted it to be at 2-5pm, which is the 'normal' time for a beach party. For youngsters like us. I have never ever been to a beach party in the morning trust me!!

Okay so yeah. In the morning it is! Got up at like 6.30am (and it's a Saturday + we are having school break now O_____O) and went down to the beach just to 'reserve' space. Yeah beach also need to reserve one because you know Sabahans love their beach a lot and like to spend a lot of time there. So in order to get a good spot, Nick and I went early loh to get a nice and shady place. Good thing it rained yesterday night so I think many people didn't dare to go early. Afraid that it might rain. But I prayed hahaha so I didn't worry (:

First thing I saw when I arrived the beach was that it was high tide season ='( Argh. The sand part of the beach was so little it's so sad!! Like 90% of the beach was sea water and 10% sand (yep. please imagine) AAHH NEVERMIND. Have to compromise during games time because most of the games require running, but then the weather was really good. It was really windy and not really hot. YOU KNOW SABAH HAS BEEN BLAZING HOT LATELY I CAN'T EVEN. So it's good that it wasn't hot! YAY!

So at around 8am the youths started to roll in! Said an opening prayer, sang a song, and then it was games time!!

Youths sleepily walking towards the beach lmao

The first game we played was a game that I came up with. Nolah I cheated haha it was a game that I played back in 2008 when I joined GCC's children beach party. Can you believe that I actually have such good memory? Yup when it comes to lame stuff like this I can remember but when it comes to studying not so much.

The game requires teams to fill up a plastic soda bottle (the 1.5 litre ones) with sea water, by using a straw. So each person is given a straw and they have to run to the sea, get some water, run back to base and fill up the bottle? Sounds easy? YES. Sad part was that it was high tide so they had advantage because they need not run so far to get water. So they didn't really get tired as fast as I did in 2008 hahaha Oh yeah, I didn't cut holes in the straws (I was supposed to it was part of the game!!) because I was lazy! hahahaha

They probably thought it was a lame game but aiyah, it's a warm up because everyone was sleepy, trust me I know. No need to thank me for the morning exercise (perasan much)

Collecting water using straws O____O

From the picture above you can see that the weather is not hot at all. IT WAS COLD OKAY. The wind was so strong honestly I have never gone to the beach at such kind of weather. Normally when I'm at the beach I couldn't even keep my eyes open properly because the sun is blazing bright.

Filling up the bottles

Almost there...

The next game was requested by one of the youths - Elaine. HAHAHA Due to the lack of 'sand space' we could only form teams of 2 instead of 4 TT_____TT but it was still fun lah. It's the easiest and yet the hardest game to play. Easy because you only have to spin 10 rounds with your body bent + head facing down and then run to the opposite group. Hard because you cannot walk in a straight line after spinning. HAHAHAHA

That's Elaine! The one in green squatting down because she was too dizzy to stand up and run. HAHAHA

Crystal who stopped to make sure the ground wasn't wobbling

See you can't walk straight HAHAHAHA

HAHAHA epic oh
Those after running still dizzy, and laughing at the other youths

I WAS LAUGHING THE WHOLE TIME. And my life was threatened lol why? I was standing nearby taking pictures and a few actually banged into me because they were too dizzy LOL I was trying to avoid them but we still end up colliding -.- They probably wanted to bang me on purpose because I was laughing really hard. You try watch and see lah you laugh or not it was soooooo funny!!

Sleepy Sam who came late because he couldn't wake up -.-
Next game conducted by Mr. Han

If I'm not mistaken, the game is called 'tapak'. It's something which my mom played when she was younger. Argh. One team has to stand at the lines while the other team has to pass through the 'tapak' (game base) without getting tagged by the ones standing on the line. Okay I suck at explaining... nevermind. No one wants to know anyways *sulk

Last game before brunch was TUG OF WAR!!!! I joined in because I wanted to. HAHAHA Now I regret because my right arm hurts.

Team who always win

Wow? Picking a fight?
Ameh... defeated in the end...
Big bird has super strength?

WALAO. Me cannot lah.

After tug of war everyone went into the sea for a dip, and then they came up to have their share of food.

Went home at around, 11.30am (:

And that's the end.

Check out my post on the youth beach party we had back in 2009!
